Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30 Days Window (From Delivery Date) to our valued customers to replace a product under the following three events and receive a replacement.

If We Deliver:
Defective/Dead Product
Damaged Product (Physically Damaged-Broken)
Not Working

Wrong and Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours Through email at from the delivery date accompanied with images of the product & product box.

We process a refund for your order only if we are not able to arrange a replacement. We process refunds and replacements when we receive your goods completely unused and accompanied by all the accessories.

All return requests are handled by our customer service through Call, email, or web form ( available on our site. Once we have received your confirmed request we will arrange reverse pick up of your product and will inform you of the pickup date and time. In the unlikely event that we are not able to arrange a reverse pickup at your location, we will inform you and request you to ship the product to us. The courier charges would be reimbursed. The courier charges eligible for reimbursement are up to Rs. 0-800 only depending on the product, and intimation before shipping on

After examining the product the maximum time we take for replacements 2-3 Days or refunds is 7 (Seven) to 10 (Ten) working days.
