Description

Application Cooling , Heating , Humidification
Frame work Main frame of self-supporting hollow extruded aluminum profile & nylon glass fibre corner joints. Thermal break construction as option.
Frame Panel Fan Section contains belts driven DIDW Forward / Backward / Areofoil Backward centrifugal Blower & direct-driven plug fan as per requirement
Fan / Motor Assembly Fan & Motor Assembly mounted on common base frame of Prefabricated G.I Or Extruded aluminum profile on vibration isolators.
Drain Pan Dual Slopping Stainless steel drain pan mounted on Puff insulated bottom Panel
Filter Section The unit is provided with 10/20 micron, easily washable Pre filters.
These filters are generally confirming to EU-13, of EN-779 Specifications.
Also, depending on the requirement, micro vee & HEPA filters can also be provided in the unit.
Optional Section Mixing chamber– for fresh air & return air mixing. Manual / Motorized controls optional. Micro Vee / HEPA / Pre / EU-4 / EU-7 / EU-9 / EU-13 Filtration filter Section. Heat Recovery wheel section. Other special section as per individual customer requirements.

Single Skin Ahu’s

As the Name suggests, has a single casing made of G.I

Double Skin Ahu’s

As the name suggests, has a outer casing made of sandwiched panels with puff foam acting as a thermal barrier for better insulation.
